Organic solar cells are attracting much attention as next generation low-cost solar cells. We studied the domain structure in the blend P3HT:PCBM thin films by soft X-ray resonant scattering technique. We revealed that the domain growth is much more developed in the 1,2-dichlorobenzene sample than the chloroform sample.
